Pertama Digital gets four-month My Digital deal

Pertama said its subsidiary, Dapat Vista (M) Sdn Bhd, had accepted a letter of award from My Digital.

PETALING JAYA: Loss-making Pertama Digital Bhd has secured a four-month contract from My Digital ID Sdn Bhd to provide digital identification (ID) onboarding registration services.

My Digital ID is a special purpose vehicle wholly-owned by Mimos Bhd, which in turn is an agency under the Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Pertama said its subsidiary, Dapat Vista (M) Sdn Bhd had accepted a letter of award from My Digital yesterday, although the value of contract was not disclosed.

The contract, which may be extended for additional three months, requires Dapat to ensure that onboarding services are available and operational 24 hours a day. “Should My Digital ID wish to extend the contract after the expiry of the primary term, a letter of intent will be issued to Dapat.”
