S P Setia to launch Moroccan-inspired Carabella semi-detached homes in August


Setia Alamsari’s Carabella will offer units ranging between 1,986 to 2,026 sq ft with land sizes of 32’x65’, and starting prices from RM960,000 to RM1.2mil.

PETALING JAYA: S P Setia Bhd will unveil a new, sleek addition in its series of upcoming launches – Carabella – in the freehold township of Setia Alamsari in Kajang on Aug 3, 2024.

Sitting atop a 775-acre tract in Kajang, S P Setia said Carabella will comprise a total of 72 units of freehold, double-storey linked semi-detached homes and will be surrounded by Moroccan-inspired gardens, landscapes and patterns.

“Poised for completion by the third quarter of 2026, Carabella forms part of the township’s CASA Collection that celebrates the community and wellness.

“Previous launches, Phases 1 and 2, which featured the Caressa and Caralyn units are fully sold, while its Phase 3; Candella, is currently 85% taken up.”

Ranging between 1,986 to 2,026 sq ft with land sizes of 32’x65’, the units of Carabella will have starting prices from RM960,000 to RM1.2mil.

S P Setia divisional general manager Koh Sooi Meng said shared: “Our upcoming launch, Carabella, is targeted towards homebuyers who are both owner-occupiers and investors seeking for good capital appreciation and upgraders in catchment areas of Kajang, Bangi, Semenyih, Cheras, Seremban, Nilai, Sepang, who would like to move closer to KL city.”
