Bintai Kinden gets contracts worth RM26mil


PETALING JAYA: Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd has secured two contracts for a semi-detached and townhouse project in Selangor as well as temporary power supply works at Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (LTSAAS) totalling RM25.68mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the first contract, valued at RM24.98mil, involved the construction of 24 units of semi-detached, three-storey houses and 12 units of townhouses within a three-storey building, together with infrastructure works in Hulu Langat, Selangor.

It secured the contract from Palm Valley Development Sdn Bhd. The construction period is set for 18 months with an expected completion before mid-2026.

The second contract from Malaysia Airports Holding Bhd, valued at RM700,000, is for the temporary power supply works for the existing building and associated works at zone three, LTSAAS.
