Trading of Grand Central Enterprises' shares suspended pending announcement

KUALA LUMPUR: Trading of Grand Central Enterprises Bhd’s (GCEB) shares will be suspended from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday (July 22, 2024) pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

"Bursa Securities has approved the company's request for suspension in the trading of GCEB’s shares,” it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia. - Bernama
