PETALING JAYA: Financing for the proposed multibillion-ringgit Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) will be key to making a public-private partnership (PPP) the right choice for the project.

The decision to proceed with the project is expected to be made by the end of the year, according to Transport Minister Anthony Loke in an interview with Bloomberg recently.
