Dayang wins 3-year offshore support contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd’s (DEHB) wholly-owned unit DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd (DMSSB) has been appointed by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd as one of its panel of contractors for offshore support vessel services for petroleum arrangement contractors.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the marine vessel charter service provider said the contract duration will be three years.

The contract will have no effect on the company’s issued share capital and is expected to contribute to the earnings of DEHB over the duration of the contract, it added. - Bernama
