CTOS ups its dividend policy payout

PETALING JAYA: CTOS Digital Bhd has upped its dividend policy payout, starting from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the credit reporting firm said it targets to pay dividends in the range of 60% to 70% (from 60% previously) of its profit attributable to the owners of the company for each financial year on a consolidated basis after taking into account working capital, maintenance capital and committed capital requirements of the company and its subsidiaries.

“The revised dividend policy is to reward shareholders for their support, through dividend payments, when the company records positive and sustainable financial performance.

“The board also aims to achieve an optimum balance between efficient capital management and providing shareholder returns through dividends.”

For the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, CTOS’ net profit rose to RM25.5mil from RM21.13mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM76.64mil from RM62.24mil previously.
