Solarvest sub-unit inks JV to develop digital clean energy solutions


KUALA LUMPUR: Solarvest Holdings Bhd's sub-subsidiary Solarvest Energy Sdn Bhd has formed a joint venture with Agmo Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agmo Holdings Bhd, to collaborate on the production and development of digital solutions in the clean energy sector.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said The business of the JV company shall comprise the production and development of digital solutions in the clean energy sector, which includes software development, digital platform creation, data analytics and technology

integration services.

This will be carried out by utilising the resources provided by Solarvest Energy in the clean energy industry and Agmo Capital's technological expertise in the development of digital solutions and platforms.

Solarvest Energy will hold 70% stake in the partnership while Agmo Capital will own the remaining 30%.
