KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Digital Economy Corp (MDEC) announced that Datuk Mahadhir Aziz will be concluding his three-year tenure as its chief executive officer (CEO) on Aug 31, 2024.

In a statement today, MDEC said a management council has been established to oversee the CEO’s responsibilities during the interim period until a new CEO is appointed.

"The board and management ensure a smooth transition to the new leadership. The board extends its deepest gratitude to Mahadhir for his leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to MDEC,” it added. - Bernama
