PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) stated that new airline operations, airlines resuming routes and introducing new services, as well as the implementation of a 30-day visa-free policy for China and India travellers have helped its profit rise in the second quarter.
The airport operator registered earnings of RM205.8mil or an earnings per share (EPS) of 11.48 sen for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024 (2Q24), double the RM102.53mill or EPS of 5.3 sen it made in 2Q23.
