Afinaliza disposes of shares in ITMAX


PETALING JAYA: ITMax System Bhd executive director Datin Afinaliza Zainal Abidin has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the company, following the disposal of 61.9 million shares.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, ITMAX said Afinaliza had disposed of the block of shares on Sept 6, via her private vehicle Ganda Sensasi Sdn Bhd for over RM201.05mil.

The disposal reduced Afinaliza’s stake in ITMAX to 4.58%, below the 5% threshold required for substantial shareholding status, down from 10.6%.

ITMAX closed 0.6% or two sen lower to RM3.28 yesterday.
