Reservoir Link in MN Holdings RE venture


PETALING JAYA: Reservoir Link Energy Bhd’s indirect subsidiary, Founder Energy Sdn Bhd (FESB), has inked a memorandum of understanding with MN Power Transmission Sdn Bhd (MNPTSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MN Holdings Bhd, to explore business opportunities in the renewable energy or RE industry in Asean.

In filings with Bursa Malaysia, the listed companies noted the two units will collaborate on procuring, developing and undertaking potential solar, biogas and biomass projects.

FESB is an EPCC solutions provider for solar photovoltaic facilities, while MNPTSB is principally involved in the provision of substation engineering services and solutions.
