WHEN the world’s best restaurant announces its closure, gourmands and foodies everywhere take notice. The award-winning Noma – widely considered as one of the catalysts that inspired ultra high-end dining – will officially close its doors next year.

Helmed by head chef René Redzepi, the Copenhagen restaurant initially announced that it would shutter its operations at the end of 2024 with plans to transform itself into a food lab while hosting pop-ups across various locations.
