Yenher in livestock feed deal with Danish company


PETALING JAYA: Yenher Holdings Bhd has inked a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Denmark-based biotechnology firm Fermentationexperts A/S (FE) to produce a range of eco-conscious and cost-effective plant proteins for livestock and aquaculture in Malaysia.

The JV will form YH European Protein Asia Sdn Bhd, which will focus on transforming plant byproducts such as soybean, rapeseed and seaweed meal into high-value feed ingredients which will be sold regionally.
