OVER the past few years, Malaysia’s industrial property market has grown rapidly. In the first three months of this year, 699 transactions worth RM6.4bil took place in the Klang Valley alone.
A total of 1,496 industrial units are under construction and another 2,130 are in the planning stages as of July 2024.
