PETALING JAYA: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd
(PMHB) has accepted a letter of award from Sime Darby Property (Golfhome) Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of superstructure works worth RM321.09mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PMHB said the superstructure works is for three condominium blocks comprising 150 units in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
The project shall be for 27 months from the date of commencement, Oct 11, 2024.
PMHB said the award of the project will not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.
“However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of the group during the duration of the project.
“The directors are of the opinion that the project is in the best interest of the group after considering, amongst others, the potential financial contribution to the earnings of the group,” said PMHB.
