THE Singapore stock market has been declining in attractiveness for some time now, but recent news of firms in the republic wanting to initiate secondary listings in Malaysia have piqued interest.
Singapore semiconductor firm UMS Holdings said in July that it was considering this dual route, mainly to expand its investor base and boost liquidity of its stock.
