DS Sigma gets SC nod for transfer to Main Market


KUALA LUMPUR: DS Sigma Holdings Bhd has obtained approval from the Securities Commission (SC) for its transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, DS Sigma announced that the SC had, vide its letter dated Oct 2, approved the proposed transfer from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The transfer entails the entire issued share capital of RM77.54mil comprising 480 million ordinary shares.

For the financial year ended June 30, 24, DS Sigma booked a net profit of RM11mil and revenue of RM88.8mil.
