Artroniq gets extension till September 2025 to hold AGM


KUALA LUMPUR: Artroniq Bhd has secured approval from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) for an extension of time to hold its 2025 annual general meeting up to Sept 30, 2025.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Artroniq said the company also received approval to circulate its audited financial statements for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 up to Sept 9, 2025, under Section 340(4) and Section 259(2) of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016).

Artroniq closed down 0.5 sen, or 4.76% to 10 sen with 4.33 million shares traded.
