Chinese firm ISVision eyes market entry

PUTRAJAYA: Chinese high-tech company ISVision (Hangzhou) Technology Co Ltd has expressed interest in entering the local market, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Dr Zaliha Mustafa says.

Zaliha said ISVision’s intentions were revealed during her visit to two leading global companies, ISVision (Hangzhou) Technology Co Ltd and Dahua Technology in Hangzhou yesterday.

“ISVision is a high-tech firm specialising in ‘industrial machine vision’, focusing on automotive manufacturing and railway operations.

“They are keen to expand into Malaysia as part of their Asean growth strategy, with the potential to position Malaysia as their regional hub,” she said in a post on her official Facebook page.

Zaliha added that discussions were also held to explore investment opportunities and the business expansion of Dahua Technology here. — Bernama
