PMB Investment declares 2.93 sen per unit distribution for Dana Bestari, totalling RM2.88mil

KUALA LUMPUR: PMB Investment Bhd has declared a 2.93 sen per unit income distribution for PMB Dana Bestari, totalling RM2.88mil for the financial year ended Sept 30.

In a statement, PMB Investment said the net asset value (NAV) per unit before the distribution was RM0.5479, and after the distribution, it was adjusted to RM0.5186.

The distribution was credited to unitholders on Sept 30, with re-investment on Oct 1, 2024. It gives a 5.99% yield based on the average NAV per unit, with a total return of 12% for the year.

“PMB Dana Bestari has been delivering steady returns and capital growth since its launch in 2002, investing in Shariah-compliant equities and fixed income securities.

“The fund typically invests 70% to 99.5% of its NAV in Shariah-compliant equities, with the rest in Islamic money market instruments, deposits, and sukuk,” chairman Datuk Mohd Idzwan Izuddin Ab Rahman.
