PETALING JAYA: Censof Holdings Bhd has secured a letter of acceptance from the Land Public Transport Agency or Apad in relation to the subscription service for the commercial vehicle licensing system, worth RM5.41mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Censof said the tenure of the project is for a period of four years from Oct 16, 2024 to Oct 15, 2028, with no option to extend and/or renew upon its expiry.

“The board of directors is of the view that the project is in the best interest of the company and its subsidiaries and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending March 31, 2025.” Censof did not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the project.“None of the directors and/or major shareholders and persons connected with the directors or major shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the project,” the company said.
