Dayang, Carimin win Pan-M’sia maintenance job


PETALING JAYA: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has been awarded a contract for the provision of Pan-Malaysia maintenance, construction, modification and hook-up commissioning services for Package B4 from Sarawak Shell Bhd / Sabah Shell Petroleum Co (SSB/SSPC).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Dayang said the value of the contract is based on work orders issued by SSB/SSPC throughout the contract duration.

“The contract duration is approximately five years primary plus three and two years extension option (5+3+2) effective from Oct 14, 2024.”

Separately, Carimin Petroleum Bhd said it had bagged Package B5 for the provision of Pan-Malaysia maintenance, construction, modification and hook-up commissioning services, from SSB/SSPC.

“The letter of award will take effect from Oct 14, 2024 for a duration of five years primary plus three and two years extension option (5+3+2).
