Mudajaya wins RM41.34mil construction contract in Kuching


KUALA LUMPUR: Mudajaya Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mudajaya Corp Bhd has secured a RM41.34mil construction contract from MJC City Development Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Mudajaya said that the contract is for the construction of the main building works for a proposed 17-storey high-rise condominium with 128 units at Batu Kawah New Township, Jalan Batu Kawa, Kuching.

The project is set to begin on December 9, 2024, and is expected to be completed within 22 months.

“This project is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 onwards,” Mudajaya said.
