MMAG secures GN3 waiver, shows resilence

KUALA LUMPUR: MMAG Holdings Bhd has obtained Guidance Note 3 (GN3) waiver approval from Bursa Malaysia, reaffirming its solid financial position and operational progress.

In a statement, the company said the approval came amid the group’s ongoing transformation into a leading integrated supply chain service provider.

“The group’s operations span first-, mid-, and last-mile delivery, anchored by an aviation arm at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, offering commercial cargo solutions, automated handling facilities and an oceanic transshipment hub.”

To bolster its financial performance, the group has adopted strategic initiatives focused on automation, service expansion and partnerships to optimise asset utilisation, enhance efficiency, expand its network, widen its customer base and deliver long-term value to stakeholders, MMAG noted in the statement.

Executive director Chin Boon Long said the group is entering a new era of resilience and growth, with strategic investments and key partnerships in place. — Bernama
