KUALA LUMPUR: UOA Development Bhd recorded a net profit of RM48.34mil in the third-quarter ended Sept 30, 2024, down from RM50.86mil in the year-ago quarter, which translates to an earnings per share of 1.87 sen against 2.08 sen previously.
The property developer said in a stock exchange filing revenue during the quarter under review was RM141.37mil compared to RM107.05mil in the previous comparative quarter.
Year-to-date, the group posted a net profit of RM159.1mil against RM160.83mil in the year-ago period, while revenue was RM310.84mil, up from RM290.38mil in comparative period.
According to UOA Development, the total new property sales for the nine months period was about RM789.5mil, mainly derived from Bamboo Hills Residences, Aster Hill, Duo Tower and Laurel Residence.
The total unbilled sales as at Sept 30, 2024, amounted to approximately RM502.2mil.
"The group will continue to explore strategic development lands that meets its objectives," it said.
