Radium’s net profit up to RM4.8mil in 3Q

PETALING JAYA: Radium Development Bhd is actively seeking to expand its land bank while diversifying into the hospitality sector, to drive sustainable growth.

In a statement, group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong said these are “integral” to its growth strategy.

“These initiatives strengthen our property development portfolio and are aligned with our commitment to creating long-term sustainable value for our stakeholders, contributing to Malaysia’s urban landscape,” he noted.

For the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2024, Radium’s net profit rose 27.9% to RM4.8mil from RM3.8mil a year earlier, bolstered by expansions, robust sales and “industry recognition”.
