Privasia secures RM4.5mil contract with Health Ministry


KUALA LUMPUR: Privasia Technology Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Privasia Sdn Bhd (PSB) has secured a contract worth RM4.49mil from the Health Ministry.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Privasia said the contract involved providing ICT equipment and a laboratory information system (LIS) at Selayang Hospital, including tasks such as planning, designing, supplying, installing, and testing.

The contract is for a duration of 36 months, starting from Nov 22, 2024, to Nov 21, 2027.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings, and net assets of Privasia for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 and beyond,” Privasia said.
