Shopify and Gdex tie up to assist retail businesses in Malaysia

PETALING JAYA: Leading commerce technology company Shopify Inc and logistics and technology solutions provider GDEX Bhd have tied up to assist local retail businesses enhance their online commerce experience and expanding their market reach.

In a statement, Shopify country head and director of India and South-East Asia, Bharati Balakrishnan, said the collaboration will provide Malaysian merchants on Shopify a comprehensive solution to increase their presence and accelerate growth.

“We are confident this partnership will help boost the overall success of commerce in Malaysia.”

Gdex managing director and group CEO Teong Teck Lean said the collaboration will allow the parties to bring “the best-in-class commerce solutions to mobilise businesses and deliver enhanced value.”
