T7 Global unit inks contract with Jadestone


PETALING JAYA: T7 Global Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from Jadestone Energy (Malaysia) Pte Ltd for the provision of Pan-Malaysia maintenance, construction, modification and hook-up and commissioning services for its B3 package.

T7 Global said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the contract period is from Oct 17, 2024, to Oct 16, 2029, with extension options of three and two years respectively.

T7 Global said it expects the provision of the contract to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024, and onwards until the expiry of the contract.

“The risk factors affecting the contract include, amongst others, execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower, equipment and regulatory conditions.
