Willowglen gets RM79mil S’pore contract


PETALING JAYA: Willowglen MSC Bhd has secured a contract worth RM79.20mil from the Public Utilities Board, Singapore for the supply, design, installation and commissioning of supervisory control and data acquisition, as well as telemetry systems for construction works and maintenance services.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Willowglen said the contract was secured by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd. “The commencement date of the contract is on Dec 23, 2024 and will be completed by June 22, 2032,” the company said.

Willowglen, which is principally engaged in the research, development, and supply of computer-based control systems, said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025 to 2032.
