Infomina secures RM11.6mil deal to support HKEX’s tech infrastructure


KUALA LUMPUR: Infomina Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Infomina Pte Ltd (Infomina SG), has accepted a US$2.6mil (RM11.6mil) purchase order (PO) from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Informina said PO is for the provision of technology application and infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services to HKEX, commencing from Dec 1, 2024 to Dec 31, 2027.

Infomina SG’s roles in the PO include assisting HKEX with licence subscription renewals, providing training to HKEX personnel on installation and start-up processes, overseeing the installation and start-up of hardware and software, and supplying essential tools for installation and operations, such as detailed operations and maintenance manuals.

The services also encompass assessing and monitoring the software environment of HKEX to ensure it is updated with the latest relevant supported version.

Infomina SG will also provide online and offline support services, periodical maintenance to the hardware and software (including providing HKEX with the relevant manuals), ad-hoc technical and repair services as well as consumption or utilisation monitoring and reporting services.
