PETALING JAYA: NCT Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Malaysia Enterprises Investment Association (MEIA), aimed at attracting investments and fostering collaborations to accelerate the growth of NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) in Selangor.
The smart partnership will focus on connecting NSIP with stakeholders from China’s Guangdong Province through investor relations programmes.
In a statement, NCT Group executive director Datuk Joe Yap Fook Choy said, “Our partnership with MEIA is instrumental to the development of NSIP.
“MEIA’s expertise in fostering trade and investment partnerships, particularly with stakeholders in China, makes them the ideal collaborator in strengthening NSIP’s position as a global industrial hub.”
NSIP is fully equipped to attract and accommodate foreign investors, encouraging healthy foreign direct investment or FDI into Malaysia, he added.
By aligning with regional development plans, Yap noted the partnership ensures that NSIP remains at the forefront of industrial innovation and sustainability, while creating a dynamic ecosystem for business growth and expansion.
Meanwhile, MEIA chairman Million Lo Wei Hong said, “MEIA is delighted to partner with NCT Group on this landmark initiative.
