PETALING JAYA: SD Guthrie Bhd, Eco World Development Group Bhd and NS Corp, representing the Negri Sembilan state government, will be jointly developing a 1,166 acre industrial park in Bukit Pelandok, Negri Sembilan, with a gross development value of RM2.95bil.

In a joint statement, the parties said the industrial park will be positioned within the Malaysian Vision Valley 2.0 or MVV 2.0 economic corridor and forms part of a larger initiative to advance sustainable development in the state.

“The project aims to attract local and foreign investments, create high-value jobs and drive the state’s economic growth agenda,” the statement said.

The industrial park is to be developed over eight years.
