Mah Sing Group Bhd has acquired 5.99 acres of freehold land in Johor for RM156.8mil and plans to develop premium serviced apartments and retail units with an estimated gross development value of RM1.5bil.
Uzma has secured a contract worth RM44.15mil solar photovoltaic (PV) plant project in Kedah from Samaiden Sdn Bhd.
Aeon Credit’s net profit for the third quarter of the financial year ended Feb 28, 2025 (3Q 2025) fell to RM62.07mil from RM85.55mil last year. Revenue rose 15.5% to RM562mil versus RM486.51mil posted a year ago.
United Malacca’s net profit more than doubled to RM30.9mil, or earnings per share of 14.74 sen in the second quarter ended Oct 31, 2024 (2Q25), compared with RM13.7mil, or 6.54 sen, posted in the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter rose 26.9% to RM183.4mil versus RM144.5mil posted a year ago.
LCB has proposed to acquire the entire equity interest in Earthwise Resources Sdn Bhd and the entire equity interest in Expert Resource Management Sdn Bhd for a total purchase consideration of RM100mil.
