T7 Global unit wins services job

KUALA LUMPUR: T7 Global Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Tanjung Offshore Services has secured a contract from Carigali Hess Operating Company Sdn Bhd for the provision of maintenance, construction and modification services.

It said in a statement the contract will commence on Jan 15, 2025, for a period of three years with an option to extend for two years.

The board said it envisages that the award will contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, and onwards until the expiry of the deal.

T7 Global said the award will have no effect on the total issued share capital and shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the company.

“The risk factors affecting the award include, amongst others, execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower, equipment and regulatory conditions.”
