T7’s new contract expected to generate RM5mil a year

PETALING JAYA: T7Global Bhd’s latest three-year contract from Carigali Hess Operating Co Sdn Bhd is estimated to be worth about RM250mil.

Phillip Capital Research said the maintenance, construction and modification (MCM) services contract translates to annual revenue of about RM83mil for T7 Global and assuming a group blended pretax profit margin of 6%, the contract is estimated to contribute annual net profit of RM5mil between 2025 and 2027 to the company.

The MCM contract was T7 Global’s first this year, adding to other MCM jobs secured from Malaysia packages in 2024 valued at about RM1.3bil to RM1.4bil.

The research house maintained its “buy” call on T7Global with a target price of 66 sen a share, which implies a 2025 price-earnings multiple of 11 times.
