Trading in Yinson's securities suspended pending announcement


KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the securities of Main Market-listed Yinson Holdings Bhd has been suspended, pending a material announcement, the company said in a bourse filing today.

Bursa Securities approved the company's request for suspension of trading, which will take effect from 9am on Tuesday, Jan 14, 2025, to 5pm on the same day.

The request for suspension was made under subparagraph 3.1(a) of Practice Note 2 on Request for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities

At the last close on Monday, Yinson was trading at RM2.70 a share.
