SD Guthrie appoints new sustainability committee chairman


KUALA LUMPUR: SD Guthrie Bhd has announced changes to its sustainability committee, which includes the appointment of Jenifer Thien Bit Leong as the committee chairman.

Meanwhile, the previous chairman, Datuk Halipah Esa, has been redesignated a member of the sustainability committee.

Datuk Idris Kechot remains the third member of the three-member committee, which is comprised exclusively of independent non-executive directors on the board of SD Guthrie.

The changes will take effect from Jan 15, 2025, said the company in a bourse filing.
