SC Estate Builder inks MoU for development of waste-to-energy project in Kota Kinabalu


KUALA LUMPUR: SC Estate Builder Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Juruwasa Sdn Bhd and China National Electric Engineering Co Ltd to develop a 1,000 tonne waste-to-energy project in Kota Kinabalu.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the initiative is in line with its commitment to build environmental social governance initiative projects.

it said the MoU is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the company for the financial year ending July 31, 2025.
