Destini bags RM10mil contract from EnQuest Petroleum

PETALING JAYA: Destini Bhd has been awarded a tubular running services (TRS) contract valued at RM10mil, based on management’s best estimates.

The contract, secured from EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd (EPPML), reinforces Destini’s strategic positioning in Malaysia’s offshore oil and gas sector, the engineering solutions provider said in a statement.

Under the three-year contract, effective from Jan 24, 2025 to Jan 23, 2028, the company said it will deploy its expertise in conductor installation, torque monitoring, and casing running to support EnQuest’s PM8/Seligi field operations.

As part of the agreement, Destini said it will also provide a bank guarantee to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

“This engagement further strengthens Destini’s role in supporting EnQuest’s production optimisation and sustainability-driven gas expansion efforts.”

Destini added that this latest win aligns with its strategy to expand its footprint in high-value upstream oil and gas services, ensuring sustainable revenue growth amid Malaysia’s increasing offshore development activities.
