PETALING JAYA: JHM Consolidation Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Morrissey Assembly Solution Sdn Bhd (MASSB), has secured a RM115.22mil contract from Magna Autosystems Inc.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, JHM said the contract is for supplying parts for a car model in the United States.
The supply of parts is expected to commence in the third quarter of the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, and will continue for 2.5 years.
“The contract is expected to contribute to the earnings of JHM Group over a period of 2.5 years, commencing from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025.
“The risk factors affecting the contract include changes in economic, political and regulatory environment, and operational risks such as completion risk and shortage of materials and skilled labour, which the group will take appropriate measures to minimise,” it said.
