AL-SALAM REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST
The Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is an Islamic REIT with the principal investment policy of investing directly and indirectly in a diversified Shariah-compliant portfolio with income producing Real Estate which are used primarily for commercial retail office and industrial purposes in Malaysia as well as Real Estate-Related Assets. Such properties may include amongst others shopping malls office buildings college buildings warehouses and food and beverage retail outlets.
