Traditional dishes on the menu at Shah Alam cafe


The hotel’s signature bubur lambuk. There will be three types of the porridge-based dish served daily.

Concorde Hotel Shah Alam is presenting its “Iftar at Concorde” menu highlighting traditional Malay dishes at its Melting Pot Cafe.

Four menus will be featured on rotation throughout Ramadan.

As the hotel is known for its signature bubur lambuk, there will be three types of the porridge-based dish served daily, namely Bubur Lambuk Ayam Dara Lada Hitam, Bubur Lambuk Daging Batang Pinang and Bubur Lambuk Makanan Laut.For main courses, there are Kari Kepala Ikan Jenahak Tomato Bendi, Ketam Masak Cili “Chef Mong Style”, Stir-fried Mussels with Dried Chillies and Ikan Patin Gulai Tempoyak.

These dishes can be savoured with Nasi Putih Kukus Pandan Wangi, Nasi Jagung Bergajus, Nasi Briyani Kismis Emas, Nasi Bukhara and Nasi Hujan Panas.

Diners can also look out for festive favourites such as Sup Kambing Mamak, Roti John Mayonis Bersusu, popiah basah, murtabak and roti jala.

For desserts, there are Agar-Agar Buah Peach, Almond Tartlets, assorted Malay kuih, bubur kacang hijau, cendol, a chocolate fountain, ice cream and ais kacang.

The Ramadan dinner is available until April 21.

It is priced at RM140nett per adult, RM108 nett per senior citizen and RM70nett per child.
