CAN’T decide between meat and seafood mains?
The cheekily named “Let’s Sea and Meat” buffet dinner at Cinnamon Coffee House, One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya, offers a selection of seafood and meat options which you can enjoy to your heart’s content.
The meat focus is on wagyu beef sourced from Australia, and it’s available in three cuts: sirloin, ribeye and tenderloin.
Grilled on the spot, the wagyu beef melts in the mouth, delivering a rich, buttery flavour that will impress even those who don’t fancy beef.
As for the seafood options, the buffet’s standout item is the Sabah coral lobster, which seems to be the most popular item.
The lobster is grilled live and diners can choose to savour it either on its own or by adding it to pasta.
The grilled lobster offers a delicate taste, with a subtle sweetness that is amplified by smoky, charred notes from the grill.
In addition to the abundance of Western cuisine, a variety of Asian and local dishes complete the buffet line-up.
Three types of sashimi are available – tuna, salmon and octopus, adding to the seafood options in the buffet.
If you prefer hot meals, head for the Mongolian-style grill station, which allows diners to select and combine proteins like chicken, beef and squid in addition to vegetables.
Other notable dishes at the buffet are the beef striploin with black pepper sauce, Sotong Percik, seabass with herby Bearnaise sauce, and Beef Wellington.
Equally impressive are the desserts that are an array of vibrant-coloured sweets that include an assortment of house-made ice creams.
The “Let’s Sea and Meat” buffet dinner is available on Fridays and Saturdays until June 30.
It is priced at RM238 nett per adult, while children (aged six to 12) and senior citizens (aged 60 and above) enjoy a discounted rate of RM119 nett.
Those celebrating their birthdays can dine for free with three paying adults.
