Seafood selections and local delicacies focus of buffets in KL

THIS Ramadan, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel and Convention Centre is hosting a buffet with a seafood focus at its Evolution restaurant.

With the aim of evoking nuances of Italy’s coastal dining scene, the Coastal Heritage buffet highlights fresh, sustainable selections from the sea.

A myriad of locally inspired delicacies, seafood on ice, an oyster bar, charcuterie platter, various house-made pasta, Nasi Hujan Panas, Flower Crab Briyani and Mussel Masak Lemak, as well as several live action stations can be expected at the buffet.

The Coastal Heritage buffet dinner is available until April 9, from 6.30pm to 10pm.

Over at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre, its all-day dining restaurant The Mesh is presenting delicacies that will resonate well with diners by evoking a familiar sense of home.

The “Nostalgia Desa” spread offers over 60 dishes such as Sup Gear Box Raja, Nasi Apollo, Kambing Golek, Mee Tonggek, bubur lambuk and dulang (communal platter) classics.

There will also be several live action stations to complement the restaurant’s concept of serving kampung-style cuisine.

The buffet dinner at The Mesh is available until April 6, from 6.30pm to 10pm.

It is priced at RM228nett per adult and RM114nett per child.
