Right at the start, we were wowed by chef Simon Lee’s Stir-fried Scrambled Egg with Crabmeat that had flossy and crispy egg threads topped generously with golden brown pine nuts, chunks of fresh and sweet crabmeat and chopped crunchy water chestnut.
