Festival in Genting Highlands marks return of the King of Fruits


Durian feast with a difference at Resorts World Genting.

A mouth-watering array of premium-grade durians from seven different vendors awaits visitors at the 2024 Genting Durian Festival: The King Returns.

Held at Highlands Hotel outdoor carpark and Genting Grand Boulevard Walk, Genting Highlands, the festival will take place from noon to 8pm daily until Sept 22.

Guests can enjoy the unique flavours of Musang King, Black Thorn, XO, Red Prawn, D24, Golden Phoenix, D101, Black Pearl and D24 Sultan.

Durian enthusiasts can try the Durian Omakase experience that gives them an hour to savour unlimited quantities of Musang King, Black Thorn, Sultan King and Red Flesh varieties.

Available daily from 4pm to 8pm at Highlands Hotel outdoor carpark, it costs RM188 per person.

As an added treat, guests will receive complimentary coconut water to cool off.

The clement weather adds to the balance and makes it the perfect gathering place.
