Its Merchants restaurant on Level 13 is offering lunch and dinner buffets that seamlessly blend international and local flavours.
The Feast of the Ocean Seafood Dinner Buffet is available on Fridays at RM238+ per adult, while the Sizzling Saturday BBQ Dinner Buffet is available on Saturdays at RM238+ per adult.
The latter includes a complimentary lobster thermidor with every booking for four adults.
The Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet is each priced at RM248+ per adult while the Christmas Day and New Year’s Day Lunch Buffet is each priced at RM158+ per adult.
Le Midi, the hotel’s upscale French Brasserie situated on Level 32, sets the stage for a stellar celebration filled with culinary delights.
A seasonal four-course set dinner menu available until end-December promises a festive showcase of French culinary artistry, priced at RM300+ per person.
Guests can expect to start their meal with La Crevette Cocktail, a tiger prawn appetiser reminiscent of candy canes, as well as Roasted Truffle Chestnut Cream Soup topped with Alba black truffle shavings.
Main course options comprise Roasted Turkey Ballotine, Norwegian Salmon Coulibiac and Beef Short Rib Navarin, followed by Hazelnut Log Cake or a platter of artisanal cheese to deliver a satisfying finale to the meal.
Pastry chef Muhammad Norsalam has given the afternoon tea set a festive makeover this holiday season that will delight both the eye and palate.
Highlights include mini Yule log cake, Chocolate Cherry Jubilee Cremeux, Carrot Mascarpone Gingerbread Sable, Turkey, Cheese and Cucumber Christmas Tree Sandwich and Black Forest Trifle.
The afternoon tea set can be enjoyed at the hotel’s restaurants – RhymBa (Lobby Lounge) and Merchants – or at home with a convenient takeaway option.
The afternoon tea set is available until Jan 1, from 3pm to 6pm, by pre-order.
It is priced at RM169+ per set for two for dine-in and RM199+ per set for two for takeaway.
RhymBa is also offering a delightful selection of takeaway and delivery treats, perfect for celebrations at home or gifting.
There are handcrafted delights such as gingerbread cookies, pralines, Yule log cakes, fruit cakes, mince pies and festive chocolate figurines, priced from RM15+.
For larger gatherings, enjoy hearty roasts, including herb-stuffed turkey, Australian ribeye, New Zealand lamb and whole roasted chicken, priced from RM158+ per main dish.
