Thyme Restaurant is offering an array of traditional delicacies and festive creations that capture the essence of the season.
The Prosperity Buffet Dinner is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from Jan 7 to Feb 12, priced at RM185nett per adult.
Highlights include Claypot Lotus Leaf Rice, Glass Noodles with Tiger Prawns, Beef Short Ribs with White Radish, Lamb Cubes with Beancurd Sticks, Braised Abalone with Mushrooms and Sichuan Spicy Prawns.
The Chinese New Year Reunion Seafood Buffet Dinner is available on Jan 28 and 29, priced at RM218nett per adult.
Highlights include Singapore Chili Crab with Deep-Fried Mantou, Braised Dried Oyster with Black Moss, Poached Whole Fish with Preserved Vegetables, Lotus Leaf Rice with Duck Meat and Stir-Fried Lamb Cubes with Dried Chili.
Thyme is also serving a Chinese New Year Buffet Brunch on Jan 29 at RM218nett per adult and Lunar Luxe Weekend Buffet High Tea on weekends from Jan 11 to Feb 23 at RM148nett per adult. Children dine at half price.
The hotel’s Grand Opulence Yee Sang is available for dine-in or takeaway from Jan 7 until Feb 15.
It is priced from RM48 for a half portion and from RM88 for a full portion.
The menu includes Cranberry Vegetarian Yee Sang, Salmon with Tako Octopus Yee Sang, Hamachi Yee Sang with Crispy Salmon Skin and 10-Head Abalone Yee Sang with Soft Shell Crab.
Botanist Lounge and Bar is serving a Blossom Treasures Afternoon Tea set until Feb 12.
Artfully crafted to embody prosperity, harmony and tradition, the set is priced at RM168nett and is suitable for two persons.
It includes Fortune Abalone Salad, Mantou Sliders, Chicken Swan Puffs, Rabbit Buns, Lotus Flower Pastry, Mandarin Orange Panna Cotta and Green Tea Cheesecake.
The hotel is also offering a Chinese New Year Banquet Reunion Dinner catering to family and company gatherings.
The Prosperity Menu is priced at RM2,288+, Reunion Menu at RM2,588+ and Fortune Menu at RM2,988+ per table. Each menu serves a table of 10 persons.
